I picked it up the other day and it's really good. You can go anywhere in Manhattan. No WTC but the Empire State building is there and so is MSG and the Statue of Liberty.

Climbing the Empire State building and looking around at the sky line is so sick. You can see everything and MSG looks so small from up there.

There is also a mission that involves going inside MSG. That's what I am currently on now.

The game reminds me of a mix of GTA, True Crimes LA, Dynasty Warriors and Tony Hawk (you can buy different moves for fighting and mobility).

It's definately worth the rental and in my opinion worth trading in a game and paying 30 bucks for it. I traded in Fight Night because I don't play it anymore.
